Banana Chocolate-Chip Muffins |

Just a kid-pleasing muffin. Ingredients:
3 large ripe bananas |
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup mini chocolate chip |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Place 18 paper baking cups in a pan. 3. Mash the bananas. 4. In a large bowl, combine butter with the brown sugar; add eggs one at a time. 5. Add the milk, vanilla, and mashed bananas; mix well. 6. Add flour to banana mixture, also baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 7. Mix until just moistened. 8. Stir in mini morsels. 9. Fill paper cups 1/2 full. 10. Bake 22 minutes. |
