A tastie treat for the middle of the day. If you like coconut you can use coconut oil in place of the grapeseed oil and also add 1/3 cup coconut into your dry mixture. Ingredients:
4 bananas, medium to large, mashed |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 cup grapeseed oil, warmed |
2 cups oatmeal |
2/3 cup almond meal |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 cup dark chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Combine bananas, vanilla, and oil, set aside. 2. Whisk oats, almond meal, cinnamon, salt and baking powder. 3. Combine wet and dry ingredients 4. Stir in chocolate chips. 5. Drop by tablespoon on greased cookie sheet. 6. Bake 15-20 minutes in a 350 degree oven until brown. 7. Cool on wire rack or parchment paper. |
