A thick, creamy and sweet smoothie that's more like a chocolate milkshake, yet because it's vegan, sugar-free and very low-fat, it's healthy enough for breakfast every day. Ingredients:
3 bananas |
3/4 cup soymilk |
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder |
1 tablespoon maple syrup or 1 tablespoon agave nectar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. |
