This is a great recipe to use those old brown bananas! Nothing better than fruit and chocolate together Ingredients:
1 egg |
1/2 c. veggie oil |
3/4 c. sugar |
3 med ripe bananas, mashed |
2 c. flour |
1/2 c. oats |
1t baking powder |
1t baking soda |
1/2t salt |
3/4 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Beat egg, oil and sugar until smooth 2. Stir in bananas 3. Combine dry ingredients and stir into banana mixture just until moistened 4. Stir in chocolate chips 5. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full 6. Bake at 325* for 25 minutes for 6 jumbo muffins 7. Bake at 375* for 18-20 minutes for 12 small muffins |
