Cake like texture with the popular banana chocolate taste Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 egg |
1/4 cup cooking oil |
1/4 cup milk |
1 cup mashed banana (3 medium) |
Directions:
1. Measure first five dry ingredients into large bowl. 2. Mix thoroughly and make a well in center. 3. Beat egg until frothy. 4. Mix in oil, milk, and bananas. 5. Pour into well. 6. Stir only to moisten. Batter will be lumpy. 7. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. 8. Bake in 400F over for 20-25 minutes. |
