Great taste, better for your waist! Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour |
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon allspice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 bananas, mashed |
1 tablespoon butter, melted or 1 tablespoon oil |
3 tablespoons applesauce |
2/3 cup brown sugar |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2. Spray a loaf pan with Pam. 3. Mix the dry ingredients. 4. In a separate larger bowl, mix the bananas, butter or oil, applesauce, and brown sugar. 5. Stir in eggs; mix. 6. Add the flour; mix thoroughly. 7. Stir in the chocolate chips. 8. Pour into loaf pan, and bake 50 minutes. 9. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. |
