Now we can have our cake and eat it too... Ingredients:
2 eggs |
24 oz soft curd cheese/fromage blanc |
2 tbs lemon juice |
12 oz banana |
20 oz soft cherries (thawed) |
4 ts coconut oil |
8 oz oat bran |
2 ts cinnamon |
2 ts kardamom |
1 ts ginger (powder) |
pinch of salt |
Directions:
1. Mix oat bran with spices and salt. Spread on tin cake spring and add water untill mushy substance. Let it rest. 2. Whisk 2 eggs, add fromage blanc. Stir in lemon juice and sweetener and oil. Add fruit. Pour it over oat bran mixture and shove it in the preheated oven (180C/356 F). Bake until top is slightly coloured (ca 45 mins). 1 portion is 1 grain, 1 fruit, 1 fat, 1 protein. |
