This reminds me of a banana split only richer! It uses convienience items and make sure you plan ahead when making this as it need to chill. Ingredients:
2 pkgs. (21.4-oz.each) strawberry no-bake cheesecake mix |
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted |
1/4 cup sugar |
3 cups cold milk |
1 can (8-oz.) crushed pineapple, drained well |
3 med. firm bananas, sliced |
1/2 cup chocolate ice cream topping, warmed, divided |
1/2 cup carmel ice cream topping, divided |
1 carton (8-oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed |
1/3 cup chopped pecans |
maraschino cherries with stems |
Directions:
1. Set aside filling and strawberry topping packets from cheesecake mixes. 2. Place the contents of the crust mix packets in a large bowl; add butter and sugar. 3. Press into an ungreased 13x9x2-in. dish. 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk and contents of the filling packets. 5. Beat on low speed until blended. 6. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. 7. Spread over the crust. 8. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 9. Spread contents of the strawberry topping packets over cheesecake. 10. Top with pineapple and bananas. 11. Drizzle with 1/4 cup of chocolate topping and 1/4 cup caramel topping. 12. Spread with whipped topping (dish will be full). 13. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. 14. Before serving drizzle with remaining chocolate and caramel toppings. 15. Top with pecans and cherries.; |
