1/2 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup black tea |
1/2 cup rolled oats |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon cardamom |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 banana |
Directions:
1. 1. Place banana in freezer overnight. 2. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and store in refrigerator overnight. 3. 3. Add banana to mixture and blend. |
