I love this healthy, tasty drink that is only sweetened by fruit. It's super fast to make with only four ingredients. I especially like the tartness of the yogurt. So refreshing! Use flavorful, fresh ingredients and adjust everything according to your tastes. The yogurt is very important to this recipe. I have been enjoying Trader Joes European plain in the red carton.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup cantaloupe
1 cup yogurt, unflavored only
1/2 cup ice (or more)
Directions:
1. 1. Blend everything in the blender until smooth, pour into a pretty glass and enjoy!
