I love this healthy, tasty drink that is only sweetened by fruit. It's super fast to make with only four ingredients. I especially like the tartness of the yogurt. So refreshing! Use flavorful, fresh ingredients and adjust everything according to your tastes. The yogurt is very important to this recipe. I have been enjoying Trader Joes European plain in the red carton. Ingredients:
1 banana |
1 cup cantaloupe |
1 cup yogurt, unflavored only |
1/2 cup ice (or more) |
Directions:
