A great way to use over-ripened bananas. Can also be made into cupcakes. Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine |
2 large eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas |
2 cups flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients until smooth. 2. Pour into a 9x13 pan. 3. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until tester comes out clean. |
