This is so simple it is barely a recipe, but it is refreshing. If you like the Lassi drinks served in Indian restaurants, you might enjoy this. Sweeten with a few packets of Splenda if you prefer.
Ingredients:
1 cup buttermilk
1 medium banana, peeled
2 teaspoons sugar
Directions:
1. Pour chilled buttermilk into blender.
2. Break banana into chunks and add that too.
3. Add Splenda or sugar.
4. Blend.
5. Pour into glass over ice cubes and enjoy.
6. Double quantities to serve 2.
