A banana breakfast smoothie recipe that uses less soy milk in order to achieve a thicker smoothie. Ingredients:
2 medium bananas |
1/2 cup soymilk |
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
1/2 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Cut up the bananas and put them, along with the ice into the blender. 2. Add the two tablespoons peanut butter. 3. Pour in 1/2 cup soymilk. 4. If the smoothie seems to thick, or won't blend all the way, add a little more milk until it does. 5. Enjoy! |
