Smoothie Recipe from the May 2010 Shape Magazine Ingredients:
1 cup ice cube |
1/2 cup almond milk |
1 medium banana, peeled, sliced, frozen |
1 medjool dates, pitted and chopped |
1 tablespoon unsalted almond butter |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender in the order listed. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately. |
