Ingredients:
one banana
1 t honey
ground cardamom and/or cinnamon
milk, cream, or coconut milk
Directions:
1. peel and cut up a banana into a small bowl
2. drizzle with honey
3. sprinkle some cardamom on top
4. add your choice of milks
5. spoon into your mouth and enjoy!
