This is a great low-cal bread! Ingredients:
4 tablespoons smart balance butter spread |
1/4 cup applesauce |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons skim milk |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1 cup mashed banana |
1 3/4 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Beat together liquids add bananas. 2. Combine dry ingredients; put in pan. 3. Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes. |
