Banana Bread With Chocolate Chips |

An easy banana bread recipe which can be easily changed into muffins or have other ingredients added on. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup sugar |
3 bananas |
2 eggs |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cream together butter and sugar. Set aside. Mash bananas and add to butter and sugar mix. Stir in baking soda and salt, then add flour one cup at a time. Lastly, mix in chocolate chips. 3. Butter and flour your baking pans, I recommend using a rectangular bread pan. Fill pan(s) halfway and bake for 45-60 minutes. Enjoy! |
