Delicious and Fat Free Ingredients:
5 ripe bananas |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 cup water |
2 cups wholemeal flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 170'C. 2. Mash bananas in a bowl and add sugar and vanilla until combined. 3. Add water. 4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, soda, powder and cinnamon. 5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix. 6. Grease bread pan and pour mixture inches I added some shredded almonds on top. 7. Bake for an hour. |
