Banana Bread Muffins

This recipe was a hit with my family. The muffins will bread-like rather than caky, we eat them for breakfast with butter or cream cheese.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup plain yogurt (or buttermilk)
2 eggs
5 mashed bananas
1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cream the butter with sugar.
3. Add applesauce, eggs, yoghurt, and mashed bananas.
4. Add other ingredients and mix well.
5. Put about 1 Tbsp of dough into each muffin mold.
6. Bake for 30 minutes.
