This is a fairly healthy muffin-option.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup mashed apple
1 cup mashed banana
1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix sugar and egg.
3. Add bananas and apples.
4. Add flour and baking soda.
5. Stir until smooth.
6. Spoon batter into muffin-tin.
7. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
