Modified to sub splenda fro sugar, and half of butter with applesauce. 100 cals less per slice .... check recommendations for adding dry milk powder w/ Splenda Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1 1/2 cups banana |
2 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients together (except sugar). 2. Cream butter and sugar. 3. Add eggs, then dry ingredients, SLOWLY. 4. Pour into nonstick loaf pan. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. 6. Tart Pans: no need to butter, cook ~25 minutes |
