a gluten free option of everyones favorite Ingredients:
2 cups rice flour |
1/3 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1 tsp baking soda |
3 bananas |
1 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. mash bananas, add eggs and beat with banana til foamy, add dry ingredients and mix til moist. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour |
