Here is a banana bread recipe from Fat Free, Full Flavor. Add spices and nuts if you wish. Ingredients:
6 ripe bananas |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Mash the bananas, sugar and vanilla together. 2. Sift the flour, baking powder and soda together. 3. Mix the liquid with the dry and pour into a 7.5 x 3.5 x 2 inch loaf pan. 4. Put into a preheated oven at 350°F for one hour. |
