Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) butter, softened |
1/2 cup(s) creamy peanut butter |
1 cup(s) brown sugar |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1 egg |
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1.5 cup(s) quick oats |
1.5 cup(s) flour |
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 extremely ripe banana, mashed |
1 cup(s) chocoate chips |
Directions:
1. preheat oven 325 degrees 2. cream butter, PB, & sugar together - add egg - mix until creamy - add vanilla until blended 3. in separate bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt - stir together - slowly add dry mixture to the wet mixture - once combined, blend in banana and choc chips 4. refrigerate for 30 min - place dough on non-stick cookie sheet 5. bake 12 minutes |
