delicious no-fat banana bread Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 1/4 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon |
2 egg whites |
1 cup banana (about 2 bananas mashed) |
1/4 cup applesauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Stir together dry ingredients and then add applesauce, egg whites and banana. 3. Pour into a greased 8x4 loaf pan. 4. Bake for 50-55 minutes and let cool before slicing. |
