Ingredients:

1 cup(s) bananas, mashed (about 2 medium bananas) |

1/2 cup(s) mini chocolate chips (optional) |

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9x5inch loaf pan with Parchment Paper, extending paper up sides of pan; 2. set aside. 3. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and 4. salt on a sheet of parchment paper; set aside. In a large 5. bowl combine bananas, eggs, oil, milk and vanilla extract. 6. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture; stir just until 7. moistened. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips; pour into 8. parchment lined pan. 9. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center 10. comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Use edges of 11. parchment to lift bread from pan onto a wire rack. Pull 12. back edges of parchment. Cool completely. 13. Makes 12 servings. |
