One of the first recipes my mom thought me how to make. This is after I put a spin to it. Ingredients:
banana bread |
1 banana |
4 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 cup flour |
2 1/2 tablespoons salt |
1 egg |
1/2 cup milk |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. Step 1:Place waxed paper in the bottom of a loaf pan. 2. Step 2:Put the butter in a microwave-safe container and heat for 2 minutes 3. Step 3:Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C or 356 degrees F. 4. Step 4:Put the butter un a bowl and add sugar. Mix with a spatula. 5. Step 5:Add a whisked egg and milk in the bowl and mix it some more. 6. Step 6 :Sift flour,baking powder, and salt in bowl and mix. 7. Step 7:Peel the banana and cut into slices. Add them to the bowl and mash them as you mix well 8. Step 8:Pour the mixture into the pan and use a spatula to flatten the top. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes. 9. Step 9:Let the bread cool on a wire rack and you're done. 10. Step 10:Enjoy |
