Very easy to make, and tastes delicious! Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas |
1/2 cup rhum (optional) |
1/4 cup butter |
1 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Celcius. 2. Grease one bread pan. 3. Mash bananas in a bowl, add rhum if desired. Set aside. 4. Cream butter, add egg and sugar and beat until smooth. 5. Sift dry ingredients in seperate bowl. 6. Alternatively mix bananas and dry ingredients to butter, stirring by hand. 7. Pour into bread pan, and bake for one hour. 8. The cake is ready when a knife comes out clean when inserted into middle. |
