a really nice moist banana bread Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas |
11/2 c. flour |
1/2 tsp salt |
2 tsp baking |
1 egg |
1/4 cup oil |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup walnuts if desried |
Directions:
1. Smash bananas. 2. add remaining ingrediants one at a time and mix them well untill blended 3. purpour into a lightly greased loaf pan. 4. bake at 375 for 45 minutes 5. cool for 15 minutes in pan then remove and place on cooling rack. 6. Other options: 7. I use frozen bananas as they make the bread moister. 8. I also add 1/2 cup of HersheysSKOR bits( brickle bit ) 9. They melt during baking and add flavor and color |
