Love the banana flavour and since I'm a huge fan of ginger , decided to add it . Ingredients:
50 gm butter |
160 gm brown sugar |
2 large eggs , slightly beaten |
2 delmonte ripe bananas , mashed |
1 tsp fresh ginger juice |
160 gm flour and 1 tsp baking pwd , sifted |
Directions:
1. Pre heat the oven to 180 deg 2. Beat the butter and the sugar . 3. add the eggs one by one and the ginger juice . 4. fold in the sifted flour . 5. Bake 60 mins |
