spray loaf pan with non-stick spray. bake at 350 for 1 hour Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour |
1/3 cup rolled oats |
1/4 cup walnut halves |
3/4 teaspoon baking powder |
3/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
8 ounces bananas |
3 large egg whites |
2/3 cup sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoon apple sauce |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/3 cup nonfat yogurt |
1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Add flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to food processer. Pulse until mixed, place in bowl and set aside. 2. Pulse bananas, add eggs, sugar, yogurt, apple sauce, butter, and vanilla, pulse until well blended. 3. Add dry ingredients to wet and pulse until well mixed and walnuts and pulse twice. 4. Place in baking pan and bake for one hour or until brown and tooth pick comes out clean. |
