A low-cholesterol, low fat, high fiber version with rich banana taste Ingredients:
3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 1/2 cup flour |
1 tsp baking soda |
1 tsp salt |
3 bananas |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 Degrees. Lightly grease an 8x4 pan. In large bowl, cream applesauce and sugar. Sift the flour, baking soda and salt. Blend in the mashed bananas. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 325 for 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. |
