Moist banana bread made from scratch. Based on recipes by Sue Draskowski and Gertude Newell. Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup flour |
1 tsp baking soda |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 tsp ground cloves |
1/4 tsp allspice |
1/8 tsp salt |
1/4 cup melted butter |
1 cup sugar |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
2 large eggs |
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt |
2 bananas |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. 2. Grease 9x3x5 pan. 3. Beat eggs, sugar, butter, rest of the ingredients, adding mashed bananas last. 4. Cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes. 5. Let cool, then cut into 16 slices. |
