Naturally sweetened and healthy banana bread Ingredients:
2 -3 ripe bananas |
1/2 cup applesauce |
1 egg |
1/4 cup wheat flour |
3/4 cup whole wheat flour |
2 tablespoons flax seed meal |
3/4 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/8 teaspoon sea salt |
Directions:
1. Set oven to bake and preheat to 350 F / 180°C. 2. Combine wet ingredients and mix. 3. Add dry ingredients and mix 4. Bake for 30 minutes. |
