Great recipe for Banana Bread
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 cup mashed banana
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mash bananas and set aside.
3. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients (adding the bananas last) and mix with a mixing spoon until well blended.
4. Grease small bread loaf pan.
5. Place in oven and cook for approximately 45 minutes.
