This recipe can make 1 large loaf or 2 smaller loaves. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons oil |
3/4 cup milk |
1 egg |
1 cup finely chopped nuts |
1 cup ripe banana |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F Grease and flour 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. 2. Measure all ingredients into large bowl and beat, scraping sides. 3. Pour into pans. 4. Bake 55-65 min or til wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. 5. Remove from pan. Cool. |
