This recipe is an oops that turned out so good! (it's because of the extra butter). My nephew said it was the best banana bread he ever had. Ingredients:
1 lb sweet creamy butter (real butter only) |
6 bananas, mashed |
4 eggs |
2 cups sugar |
4 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Cream room temp butter and sugar, and add the rest of the ingredients, mix well. 3. Spray 3 loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray. 4. Divide batter into the 3 pans and cook for 45 minute or less (I like my banana bread light). |
