This is a muffin recipe made with baby cereal and less sugar. My 11 month old twins love it.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup oats
1/3 cup baby cereal
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 mashed banana
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Cream the margarine with the sugar; add the egg and mix. Mix the floor, oats, baby cereal, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
2. Incorporate the banana to the margarine mix.
3. Add the drys alternating with the milk.
4. Bake at 400° for 20/30 minutes.
