This is one of my adopted recipes. Based on the reviews, I wouldn't change a thing! I only changed the directions because they were somewhat vague. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
2 large eggs |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
4 ripe bananas |
Directions:
1. Mash bananas and mix with other ingredients. 2. Pour batter into prepared 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. 3. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes. |
