1 cup butter |
1 cup sugar |
2 egg yolks |
2 cups flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
3 -4 ripe bananas |
1 cup nuts |
2 egg whites, beaten |
Directions:
1. Crean butter and sugar and egg yolks. 2. alternate dry ingredients with the banana. 3. Add nuts andegg whites. 4. Spray pan before filling. 5. Bake at 350 degrees F. |
