I got this from a friend and it was scrumptious! Ingredients:
1/2 cup oil |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup water |
1/3 cup yoghurt |
1 beaten egg |
3 bananas |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
2 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda |
1/2 ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon vanilla powder |
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix oil, sugar, water, yoghurt, eggs, bananas and lemon juice. 2. Mix separately flour, salt, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon, vanilla and walnuts. 3. Combine the two mixtures making sure not to overmix. 4. Bake in a preheated 190°C oven for 50miins. |
