No fail recipe that goes back generations in my family. Ingredients:
3 bananas, very ripe and mashed |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 egg |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 cup butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Cream together sugar, egg, butter, cinnamon and vanilla. 2. Mix in bananas. 3. Stir in flour and soda, but do not over mix! 4. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake in a 300* oven until knife comes out clean. |
