No fail recipe that goes back generations in my family.
Ingredients:
3 bananas, very ripe and mashed
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Cream together sugar, egg, butter, cinnamon and vanilla.
2. Mix in bananas.
3. Stir in flour and soda, but do not over mix!
4. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake in a 300* oven until knife comes out clean.
