This is an easy and delicious recipe, and it also freezed well. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
1 cup sugar or 1 cup splenda sugar substitute |
4 over ripe bananas |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix eggs, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, vanilla, well then add flour beat slowly, then add bananas. 2. Pour in greased bread pans, and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minute. |
