Been making this for years. Great way to use up those old banana's. Tastes good too.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine
3/4-1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour (or 1 cup white flour & 1 cup whole wheat flour)
3 ripe bananas
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease loaf pan.
3. Mix all ingredients till well blended.
4. Bake 1hr or till inserted toothpick comes out clean.
