Banana Bran Cranberry Muffins |

This base recipe is the best ever! So moist, so much flavour! The cranberries kick it up a notch! This one came from my good friend Jacquie. Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 cup wheat bran |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup oil |
1/2 cup milk |
3 medium ripe bananas, mashed |
1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries |
Directions:
1. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Combine all wet ingredients in a smaller bowl. Mix well. 3. Combine wet and dry ingredients with cranberries. Stir until combined. 4. Spoon into greased muffin tin. 5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. |
