Banana Bran Blender Muffins

These are so easy and so healthy. Really moist, not too sweet.
Ingredients:
2 medium ripe bananas, cut into chunks
1 egg
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups bran flakes
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth
3. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake until done (about 20 minutes) at 350 degrees.
