This is an all time favorite of my grandkids. They help build this dessert and happily devour it down! Ingredients:
4 bananas |
40 minature marshmallows |
4 milk chocolate bars, broken |
Directions:
1. Peel back 1 section banana peel from each banana; do not remove.
2. Cut wedge-shaped section lengthwise from each banana.
3. Place marshmallows and chocolate in bananas.
4. Replace peels; wrap each banana tightly in heavy-duty foil.
5. Place in coals or on grill over coals.
6. Bake for 3 minutes or until chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
