Originally from Veggie Life. A healthy frozen summer treat. Ingredients:
1/2 ripe banana |
1/2 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk |
3/4 cup frozen blueberries or 3/4 cup fresh blueberries |
Directions:
1. Combine and process all the ingredients until smooth 2. Pour into molds, insert stick and freeze. 3. 1/3 cup servings. 4. Total amount made 1.5 cups. |
