This is based on a recipe from the Bar Harbor Jam Company's, The Maine Wild Blueberry Cookbook.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup blueberries, fresh or 1 cup frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cups milk
1 large banana, sliced medium
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
