Good for snack or in place of breakfast or lunch Ingredients:
1/2 banana,sliced |
34 g blueberries |
6 oz fat free milk |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1/3 cup ice, crushed |
Directions:
1. add ingredients,except cinnamon, into blender and blend until smooth. (add 1 packet of truvia for sweetness) 2. Pour into tall glass. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon on shake. |
